About me
Greetings! I’m Kobie Tsiang, a passionate communications professional currently thriving as an account associate at Peppercomm. Within this dynamic role, I am instrumental in orchestrating daily account operations, adeptly handling client inquiries, and actively contributing to the development of strategic planning initiatives.
Originally from New Jersey, I hold a Bachelor’s in Communications from Rutgers University and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Communications with a focus on Organizational and Leadership Communications. I’ve built my skills in media relations, social media strategy, and account administration across a wide range of industries including telecommunications, automotive, financial services, retail through my past work experiences and current clients.
My current role at Peppercomm has been instrumental in deepening my understanding of public relations and integrated communications. It’s not just theory anymore; it’s practical, real-life application. Amidst the whirlwind of challenges and triumphs, one value has stood out: humor. Embarking on stand-up comedy training, as seen in the picture on the left, was a particularly eye-opening journey.
Peppercomm’s stand up comedy taught me firsthand the profound importance of authenticity, emotional intelligence, and wit in communication. With each punchline crafted and each audience reaction observed, I realized that humor isn’t just about making people laugh—it’s about forging genuine connections and conveying messages with impact.
As I continue to navigate the dynamic landscape of communications, I am fueled by a passion for innovation and a commitment to leveraging the power of humor to drive meaningful engagement and foster positive change.
